To understand the challenges patients face, I looked at how people currently access healthcare and spoke with potential users about their pain points. The research showed that trust, speed, and convenience were the biggest concerns, and that patients wanted one simple platform where they could find doctors, book appointments, and manage prescriptions.

I mapped out how these platforms handle consultations, prescriptions, and access to doctors, and used those insights to shape Medicare. This allowed me to design a platform that keeps what works, fixes the pain points, and delivers a more complete experience with verified doctors, flexible appointments, and integrated pharmacies all in one place.
